What happens during a therapy session?

Sessions are play led, structured and evidence-based.

We build skills in a way that feels engaging and achievable, while also providing parents with clear strategies to use at home.

Communication and education are central to our approach.

Does my child need a diagnosis to start?

No. A formal diagnosis is not required.

Many families reach out because they’ve noticed emotional regulation challenges, sensory differences, motor skill delays or social struggles. Early support can make a significant difference.

What age groups do you support?

What age groups do you support?

We provide clinic-based Occupational Therapy for children aged 3 to 17 years.

From school readiness to teenage independence, therapy is planned and directed towards your child’s stage and goals.

Do you support NDIS participants?

Yes. We work with both NDIS-funded and privately funded families.

We provide NDIS reports and collaborate with support coordinators, schools and families to align therapy with your child’s goals.

How often will my child need therapy?

Most children attend weekly or fortnightly sessions.

We review progress regularly and adjust plans in partnership with you.

What happens in the initial assessment?

Your child will attend a gentle, play-based assessment in clinic.

We identify strengths, explore challenges and set clear goals. You’ll leave with clarity and a plan moving forward.

How long does it take to see progress?

Every child is different.

Some families notice improvements in regulation and confidence within weeks. Others see steady growth over time. Early intervention often leads to stronger long-term outcomes.
